Loudness Compliance

Loudness compliance is the practice of ensuring that audio meets the loudness standards required by broadcasters, streaming services, and regulators.^[1] These standards specify target loudness and peak levels so that programs and advertisements sound consistent and listeners are not forced to adjust their volume between them.
